This new hop blend boasts pungent tropical fruit flavors with notes of lemon, lime, stone fruit, figs, apricot, peach, gooseberry, and orange. 

West Coast IPA with a New Zealand hop vibe - Cascade, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Pacifica and Wakatu.

A little birdie told me that Barbie likes to pound a few beers now and then, so we made one in her honor. Also known as a golden ale, this is a light bodied, easy drinking beer with a bready, biscuity flavor.

Kind of like that real famous one, but made here at Mashtun!

This beer is a cloudy, juicy New England-style IPA that prominently features bright orange citrus flavors alongside a creamy, almost vanilla-like sweetness, reminiscent of a classic orange creamsicle, with a smooth mouthfeel achieved through the use of oats 

 A beastly, malty, dark beer with a complex and flavorful dark malt character. 

Our house Hazy IPA recipe with Citra Hops used in the kettle and the dry hopped.  

Crystal malt gives  aromas of fresh-baked biscuits/or toasted bread and nutty caramel to this comforting, "drink around the fall campfire" brew 

what do you get when you combine White Peach and Bellini? Why you get Peach Bellini, hard seltzer. Made in house. 

 Medium body, light astringency. Dry with a balance of fruit and tartness. Our Hopped Brut Cider is a small batch bottling of late-harvest apples. Cold hopped with glorious Door County Cascade hops for a bitter kick. Life is better with a little bitter.

A perfect mixture of chocolate malt, roasted barley, biscuit malt and our house  malt (2 row) with a bit of peanut butter goodness. 

Daisy Train is a light-bodied, pale golden beer with a subtle malt sweetness, low hop bitterness, and a clean, refreshing taste.

The name should say it all! We brewed this beer in collaboration with the team from Papa's Blue Spruce Resort for their Annual Ice Fishing Derby! and it features Anchovies! (the hops not the fish)

Salted Caramel Taffy Apple Ale is a beer that aims to capture the flavors of a classic caramel apple with a salty twist, often featuring a sweet, rich caramel taste balanced by a hint of saltiness, alongside notes of crisp apple and potentially a slightly chewy texture reminiscent of taffy, all within a beer base.
