West Coast IPA with a New Zealand hop vibe - Cascade, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Pacifica and Wakatu.

The name should say it all! We brewed this beer in collaboration with the team from Papa's Blue Spruce Resort for their Annual Ice Fishing Derby! and it features Anchovies! (the hops not the fish) We server this beer with a slice of Lemon to make the Yuzu (tart lemon like fruit) pop that was used during the brewing process 

Kind of like that real famous one, but made here at Mashtun!

This beer is a cloudy, juicy New England-style IPA that prominently features bright orange citrus flavors alongside a creamy, almost vanilla-like sweetness, reminiscent of a classic orange creamsicle, with a smooth mouthfeel achieved through the use of oats 

Our house Hazy IPA recipe with Citra Hops used in the kettle and the dry hopped.  

Crystal malt gives  aromas of fresh-baked biscuits/or toasted bread and nutty caramel to this comforting, "drink around the fall campfire" brew 

This flavorful beer that combines the light, crisp qualities of a wheat ale with the tart, fruity character of Bing cherries. 

This beer started as our house porter, we then added a heaping amounts of coffee beans, roasted barley and cream of coconut..

what do you get when you combine Strawberry and Hibiscus? Why you get Straw-Biscus, hard seltzer. Made in house. 

We took the BEST cocktail in the world and added a bit of flare to it! We are currently featuring Rush Creeks "Straight Bourbon 25% Wheat" in this classic cocktail.

We started this journey off with Decaffeinated cold Brew, then we added Halren Wheatley's "Wheatley Vodka" along with generous amounts of vanilla, brown sugar and other flavors to create this masterful cocktail on draft. 

 Medium body, light astringency. Dry with a balance of fruit and tartness. Our Hopped Brut Cider is a small batch bottling of late-harvest apples. Cold hopped with glorious Door County Cascade hops for a bitter kick. Life is better with a little bitter.

This new hop blend boasts pungent tropical fruit flavors with notes of lemon, lime, stone fruit, figs, apricot, peach, gooseberry, and orange. 

A perfect mixture of chocolate malt, roasted barley, biscuit malt and our house  malt (2 row) with a bit of peanut butter goodness. 

Salted Caramel Taffy Apple Ale is a beer that aims to capture the flavors of a classic caramel apple with a salty twist, often featuring a sweet, rich caramel taste balanced by a hint of saltiness, alongside notes of crisp apple and potentially a slightly chewy texture reminiscent of taffy, all within a beer base.
